Job Description:

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Tree Planting Coordinators. As a Tree Planting Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing tree planting across Your City/Village/Region. Your role will play a crucial part in our mission to enhance the environment, combat climate change, and contribute to the overall well-being of the community.

Qualifications:

  • Minimam 8th Pass. to above… prefered.
  • Any Knowledge of Farming, Environmental science, forestry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for environmental conservation and community engagement.
Salary – 5000 /- Per Month + bonus + incentive
 
The selected Tree Planting Coordinator will receive a competitive salary of 5000 per month, along with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses and incentives. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute tree planting campaigns in collaboration with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate logistics, including securing necessary permits, obtaining tree saplings, and organizing planting events.

  2. Community Engagement:

    • Engage with local residents, schools, businesses, and community groups to promote the importance of tree planting and environmental conservation.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs to educate the community about the benefits of trees.

  3. Site Selection and Preparation:

    • Identify suitable locations for tree planting based on environmental considerations, community needs, and available resources.
    • Ensure proper soil preparation and other pre-planting activities to maximize the success of tree growth.

  4. Team Management:

    • Recruit and train volunteers for tree planting events.
    • Supervise and lead planting teams during campaigns, ensuring safety and adherence to planting guidelines.

  5. Monitoring and Evaluation:

    • Establish a system for monitoring the growth and health of planted trees.
    • Collect and analyze data on tree survival rates, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Partnership Building:

    • Collaborate with government agencies, local businesses, and other NGOs to foster partnerships that Support Tree Planting initiatives.
    • Seek funding opportunities and grants to sustain and expand tree planting programs.

आवश्यक परमिट हासिल करने, पेड़ पौधे प्राप्त करने और रोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने सहित लॉजिस्टिक्स का समन्वय करें।

सामुदायिक व्यस्तता:

वृक्षारोपण और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के महत्व को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्थानीय निवासियों, स्कूलों, व्यवसायों और सामुदायिक समूहों के साथ जुड़ें।

समुदाय को पेड़ों के लाभों के बारे में शिक्षित करने के लिए कार्यशालाएँ, सेमिनार और जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित करें।

साइट चयन और तैयारी:

पर्यावरणीय विचारों, सामुदायिक आवश्यकताओं और उपलब्ध संसाधनों के आधार पर वृक्षारोपण के लिए उपयुक्त स्थानों की पहचान करें।

वृक्ष वृद्धि की सफलता को अधिकतम करने के लिए उचित मिट्टी की तैयारी और अन्य रोपण-पूर्व गतिविधियाँ सुनिश्चित करें।

टीम प्रबंधन:

वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रमों के लिए स्वयंसेवकों की भर्ती करें और उन्हें प्रशिक्षित करें।
